Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

Q: Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?

A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 30 minutes to 3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 100´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q: What type of events do you provide rentals for?

A: Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Please call our office 24 hours prior to your event to cancel for any reason. Any prepaid amounts will be held as credit for you with no expiration.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. A $50 deposit is required at booking. It will be applied to your total rental cost.

Q: When is the remainder of the payment due and what payment types do you accept?

A: The day of your rental! We accept Cash, PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
